Yoghurt fruit & seeds bowl

This tastes just divine - I have been having it every day for a week with my dinner and I am still not bored of it!

Ingredients:

  • yoghurt (full fat - always. You want to your fat soluble vitamins A & D in the original form, not the "fake" added form that your body may not quite know what to do with).
  • seeds - sunflower, pumpkin and hemp hearts (your healthy fats, magnesium and other minerals).
  • a small handful of walnuts - (your plant form of omega 3 - always a bonus).
  • one medium banana (ideally not very ripe to avoid a sugar spike - with all the potassium you could ask for).
  • frozen wild blueberries - (very low in sugar, chock full of antioxidants). Frozen raspberries will also do the job.

Mix it all together - the frozen berries defrost in no time, no need to do anything special to them.
